Recruitment process

IN2 consulting is looking for new collaborators with a high personality and potential, in addition of their professoinalism.

These are tested and confirmed by a recruitment process in short circuit and live with the partners of the firm.

Our experienced consultants ensure the selection process, through 3 milestones:

  • Step 1: description of IN2 consulting (positioning, references, key figures) and presentation of the candidate (experiences, skills, professional project, linguistic and editorial capacity) – 1 interview
  • Step 2: restitution of IN2 consulting‘s business then deepening of the candidates’ skills and meaningful experiences (with possible resolution of a business case based on a mission) –1 interview
  • Step 3: validation by an Associate Director of the candidate’s professional project with the business model of IN2 consulting and proposal for a long term contract (status, job description, wage elements and projection of evolution) – 1 interview
